For Schools

Field a team. Build a media crew.

Taking part needs one committed staff contact, a squad of eligible students, and a small student media crew. We handle fixtures, officials, safeguarding and record-keeping.

Two ways to take part

On the pitch

Schools field a team and compete through organised fixtures leading to a season finale. Clear rules, qualified officials, and safeguarding for every minor involved.

Group stage into finals day
Eligibility checks each season
Discipline tracked consistently

Behind the camera

A student media crew covers every match — photography, highlights, commentary and hosting — building a real portfolio, not a certificate of attendance.

Event and matchday support

Three non-players per school

Alongside the squad, every school nominates three students for the League talent pool. They are trained, credited and given real matchday responsibility.

Commentator

Calls the match live, introduces the teams and records post-match reactions for the League's channels.

Photographer

Shoots the matchday — team photos, action frames and celebrations — and submits images for publication.

First aid assistant

Trained matchday support who works alongside the official first aider and helps log any incident or injury.

How to join

Express interest

A PE teacher, coach or school head gets in touch and is confirmed as the school's coordinator.

Sign the participation agreement

The school and the League agree what each side commits to for the season.

The coordinator submits registration paperwork for each student-athlete and media volunteer before the deadline.

Take your place in the draw

Once eligibility checks are complete, the school enters the season draw and receives its fixtures.

Registration checklist

Submitted per student by the school, before the Term 1 deadline.

Completed registration form, submitted by the school
Two most recent term report cards
Proof of age
Signed parental / guardian consent form
