Chief Operating Officer

Val · Reports to Board of Directors

Day-to-day oversight of every other chief office, plus the relationship with every school and the integrity of the competition itself.

Owns the League's legal identity and its duty of care to every minor involved. Signatures, policies and safety judgment calls run through this office.

  • League registration, constitution and ongoing compliance
  • School, sponsor and volunteer agreements
  • Safeguarding policy and code of conduct enforcement
  • Child Rights Act and data protection oversight
  • Insurance, liability, consent and waiver language
  • Escalated eligibility disputes and discipline appeals
Compliance Coordinator

Amarachi · Reports to Buchi (Legal & Safeguarding)

Keeps the paperwork, records and deadlines behind every legal and safeguarding commitment tracked and current.

  • Tracks student registration paperwork against deadlines
  • Maintains the adult vetting and training record
  • Monitors regulatory filing deadlines
  • Maintains the Register of Interests
  • Supports follow-up on Report a Concern submissions
Procurement, Finance & Admin Officer

Sam · Reports to Val (COO)

Keeps the League running on the ground and on budget — every referee, ball and printed team sheet, and every naira spent against it.

  • Referees, first-aid kits, equipment, venues, printing
  • Tracks spend against budget and manages contingency
  • Registration logistics, season calendar, vendor payments
  • Season report numbers and sponsor impact reporting
  • Equipment inventory season to season
Technology Chief

Builds and protects everything digital — this site, and the data structure behind zones, schools, seasons and students.

  • Owns the website and the underlying league database
  • Admin tools: result entry, live fixtures, standings, archiving
  • Makes sure Report a Concern actually reaches someone
  • Security, hosting, backups and uptime
  • Access controls, encryption and consent records
Media Chief

BlueBest · Reports to Val (COO)

Builds the League's public voice and gives student media volunteers a real, credible body of work.

  • Recruits, trains and schedules the student media crew
  • Content strategy and the League's social accounts
  • Visual identity and brand tone
  • Local press and radio outreach
  • Finals-day media production and sponsor visibility
Data Integrity & Protection Officer

Kizito · Reports to Val (COO)

Makes sure the League's data is both accurate and safe — the credibility of every stat, and the protection of every student behind it.

  • Consent collection, recording and withdrawal
  • Accuracy across player stats, school records and archives
  • Enforces the no-public-personal-contact-info rule
  • Owns the data breach response procedure
